PRIMEDUK is a UK-based ESL (English as a Second Language) online teaching platform that provides engaging, age-appropriate English lessons to students aged 3 to 15. Our curriculum combines elements of both the UK and US education systems.
At PRIMEDUK, we aim to maintain transparency and consistency in our teaching standards. Classifying teachers based on their linguistic and educational background helps us match students with teachers best suited to their learning needs and program requirements.
Children aged 3–15, with classes grouped by age and English level.
Our students are primarily non-native English speakers between the ages of 3 and 13. They are grouped by age and proficiency level, from beginners to intermediate learners.
We currently have three main categories:

Yes — all teachers are qualified, experienced, and native English speakers.
You will teach ESL-focused lessons covering:
Phonics and vocabulary
Sentence construction and grammar
Listening and speaking skills
Reading comprehension
Writing and storytelling
All lesson materials are provided by PRIMEDUK.
No. PRIMEDUK provides a full curriculum with structured lesson plans, materials, slides, and activities. However, we encourage teachers to bring creativity and personal teaching style to each class.

Teachers from the Philippines are classified as Near-Native English Speakers due to their high English fluency, international teaching experience, and strong educational background in English instruction.
Teachers from other regions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We assess factors such as:
Pronunciation and accent neutrality
English fluency and proficiency
Educational background and teaching credentials
Previous experience in English-language instruction
Yes — you can cancel and receive a full refund up to December 20th, 2025.
We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria:
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree
Can provide a transcript if the degree certificate is still pending
Have a Criminal Record Check or Police Clearance
Possess a Safeguarding Certificate – training focused on protecting children and vulnerable individuals from harm, abuse, or neglect
Have access to a reliable internet connection
Classification may influence placement opportunities and rate levels, depending on program requirements and student preferences. However, all teachers—regardless of classification—are valued equally for their professionalism, teaching skills, and contribution to PRIMEDUK’s mission.
Our classes are scheduled based on student availability, primarily during:
Weekdays-Saturdays:
Flexible scheduling is available. You can choose your preferred teaching slots.
One-to-one Classes: 25 minutes
Group Classes (max 4 students): 45 minutes

Yes. All new teachers undergo a short onboarding process, which includes:
Platform orientation
Curriculum overview
Mock teaching sessions
PRIMEDUK handles most parent communication. However, teachers may occasionally be asked to provide feedback or short updates after class, especially during trial periods.

High-speed internet (at least 10 Mbps)
HD webcam and noise-canceling headset
Yes! Outstanding teachers may be offered roles in curriculum development, mentoring, training, or supervisory positions.
